For the first 4 weeks in Germany we stayed in the Marriot Hotel in Sindelfingen. This was great we stayed in a Junior Suite and had access to an executive lounge with internet access and free food! It was close to Mandy's work even she was too scared to drive herself. The roads are incredibly narrow here and the parkings are made only for Smart Cars!!!
While we were really greatfull to be staying in the hotel and eating such great food etc..we desperately wanted to get settled in our new home away from home. This time in the hotel was frustratingly spent shopping for furniture and everything to fill our home. We were advised that we could get our new place on 25 May, but unfortunately could not move in until we had money to buy oil for the boiler room.
